What it does
When a registrant opts in, the snapshot generates a calendar invite (.ics file + native Google / Apple / Outlook links) for the webinar slot they’ve registered for. The invite is included on the confirmation page and in the welcome email.
Why it lifts show-up rate
The single best predictor of whether someone will attend a webinar is whether the event sits on their calendar at the moment of the event. Calendar holds turn a “I’ll try to remember” into a “my phone just buzzed.”
