Walks every registrant through a tested cadence of reminders that compound show-up rate. Email + SMS blend, with the strongest weight on the 15-minute and 5-minute touches β which together account for roughly 18 percentage points of show-up lift in our installs.

Behavioral skip-logic
If a contact has already attended (live-tag fired), all remaining reminders are suppressed. If a contact opts out of SMS, the cadence falls back to email-only. If the event is over in the contactβs timezone, theyβre routed to the replay sequence instead.
Compliance
All SMS touches respect TCPA β clear consent at opt-in, opt-out via STOP, no automated calls. Youβre still responsible for A2P 10DLC registration for your sending number; we walk you through it in the install call.
