This is the checklist we follow on every snapshot install. If you’ve bought the snapshot and have the install call scheduled, this is what’s coming. If you’re considering the snapshot, this is what you’re buying.
1. Account audit & access
We log into your GHL account before doing anything. Goals: confirm we can install without overwriting workflows you depend on, identify any sending domain or A2P 10DLC blockers, and make sure your subscription plan supports the workflow count we’re adding.
You’ll need:
- Admin access to your GHL location
- Your current SMS sending number
- Domain access for SPF/DKIM/DMARC
2. Snapshot import
The 12 workflows import as drafts. We don’t activate anything until you’ve reviewed them. You can see every workflow, every trigger, every message before it goes live.
3. SMS + email sender setup
A2P 10DLC registration is non-negotiable for U.S. SMS. We handle the brand and campaign registration on your behalf — you supply EIN, business address, and the consent language we’ll use at opt-in.
Email setup: SPF, DKIM, DMARC. We test deliverability against the major inbox providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) and adjust as needed.
4. Webinar platform integration
We wire the webhook from your platform to GHL. The platforms we’ve integrated:
- WebinarJam / EverWebinar
- Demio
- Livestorm
- Zoom Webinars
- StealthSeminar
- WebinarFuel
- Riverside
- (other: ask)
The attendance tags fire based on the webhook payload your platform sends.
5. Branding pass
Logo, colors, voice. We update every page, email template, and SMS to match your brand. This is also where any niche-specific language (B2B SaaS vs coaching vs course-creator) gets dialed in.
6. Test run
3–5 internal test contacts run through the entire funnel — opt-in, reminders, attendance, replay-watch, post-webinar nurture, sales-call booking. We watch every workflow fire correctly before you push real traffic at it.
7. First live webinar
You run your event. We’re on standby during the live event window in case anything needs adjustment. Most installs hit the first launch without intervention; some need a small tune-up between launch and replay window.
8. Post-launch debrief
After the first launch, we review the data with you: show-up rate, replay watch-time distribution, buyer-signal tag firings, booked consults, time-to-first-touch. We adjust anything that didn’t land the way the patterns suggested it would.
Total elapsed time
24 hours from the moment you start the install call to the moment the workflows are live in your account. The first webinar lands within 2–4 weeks depending on your existing launch cadence.
